Your mobile number, name, company, the record of your consent, and message history needed to deliver support and alerts.
Only to send the messages you opted in to: staff alerts, help-desk ticket updates, customer-care replies and one-time verification codes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers (such as our SMS carrier platform) solely to deliver messages.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. To have your number removed from our records, email support@nero-consulting.com.
